The Australian Dental Association recommends that patients receive a dental checkup and clean every 6 months to maintain their oral health.

In- centre whitening takes around an hour to complete and can give your teeth whitening results up to eight shades whiter*. Your dental practitioner will oversee the process and can customise the whitening treatment specifically to your needs.
Post-treatment gel to protect sensitive teeth is also included as required.

Custom made mouthguards fitted specifically to your mouth.

Fixed price- custom mouthguard offer is available to non-private health insured patients. Patients with health insurance may have professional, custom-made mouthguards fully covered by their health fund under their dental coverage.

The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) provides eligible children with access to a benefit of $1026 for eligible dental services over a 2 calendar year period.

The CDBS provides individuals benefits for a range of services including examinations, x-rays, cleaning, fissure sealing, fillings, root canals and extractions. Benefits are not available for orthodontic or cosmetic dental work and cannot be paid for any services provided in a hospital.

The CDBS continues to be means tested, which requires of Family Tax Benefit Part A or a relevant Australian Government payment.

CDBS is available at all Pacific Smiles Dental locations, in accordance with eligibility and terms and conditions.
