Dr Nargish Sultana brings a wealth of international experience and genuine enthusiasm for dentistry to Werribee Pacific Smiles Dental. With a background spanning three countries and over a decade of clinical practice, she combines technical expertise with a broad cultural understanding that resonates with the diverse Werribee community.
Prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, veneers, children’s dentistry, and aesthetic dentistry, with additional study interest in oral surgery, orthodontics, and clear aligners.
Dr Sultana graduated from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2008. She has since pursued advanced training in Periodontology and Implantology at the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital in Rome, Italy, which is a testament to her commitment to continuous learning.
With more than ten years of clinical experience across Bangladesh, Italy, and Australia, Dr Sultana brings a rare depth of perspective to her practice. Her five-plus years working in Australia have deepened her expertise in managing complex and diverse patient needs.
English, Bangla, Hindi, Urdu, and basic Italian.
“The diverse and growing community here is what drew me in. Combined with the practice’s modern facilities, supportive team, and strong reputation for quality care, it felt like exactly the right fit.”
An avid traveller, gardener, and bookworm, Dr Sultana has lived across Bangladesh, Italy, Norway, Malaysia, Singapore, and Austria, collecting experiences and perspectives along the way.
She is also passionate about giving back, having participated in regular blood donation drives through Sandhani and served as a member of the UN Women’s Club in Rome.
“Building lasting relationships with patients while helping them move past pain and rediscover their confidence – that part of the job never gets old.”
“Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, floss every day, limit sugary snacks and drinks, and don’t skip those regular check-ups and cleans. Prevention is always easier than the cure.”
