Dr Nandita Nagaraj graduated as a dental surgeon in 2003 and briefly worked as a dental school faculty along with clinical practice in India before migrating to New Zealand. In New Zealand she worked at Lumino The Dentists, a leading dental corporation for a decade and thereafter moved to Sydney. During her tenure in New Zealand, she did her Post Graduate Diploma in Public health from the University of Auckland.
She has been a General dentist at Southgate Centre, Sylvania since its opening in June 2022.
She believes early prevention and intervention with health education are key to countering the growing burden of oral health problems. Her professional interests include all aspects of general dentistry be it fillings, extractions, crowns and bridges, root canal treatments, dentures and especially cosmetic dentistry. She is a certified Invisalign Go provider.
She is a highly skilled and experienced dentist who is fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada. She likes general dentistry as it gives her the flexibility of providing comprehensive treatment for her patients. She emphasizes a patient focused approach by tailoring the treatment plan to your needs and requirements. She prides herself on being an empathetic dentist and is passionate about providing the best care to her patients.
Outside work you will find her gardening or painting or exploring one of the scenic coastal walks of Sydney.
