Yoonchul Shin, known to patients as Danny, is a highly experienced Dental Prosthetist who is passionate about restoring smiles and confidence through high-quality denture care. With over 15 years of experience in dental technology and more than a decade in clinical practice, Danny brings both technical expertise and a compassionate approach to every patient interaction.

Clinical Expertise & Special Interests

Danny specialises in dental prosthetics (dentures), with a special interest in implant-retained overdentures. He is dedicated to delivering comfortable, functional, and natural-looking solutions tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Education & Professional Background

Danny completed his Advanced Diploma of Dental Prosthetics at TAFE NSW, graduating in 2013. He began his career as a dental technician in 2009 before transitioning into clinical practice, giving him a strong technical foundation and deep understanding of prosthetic design and function. Danny has been proudly practising with Pacific Smiles Dental for the past six years.

Danny enjoys working with patients from diverse backgrounds and believes in building strong, trusting relationships. His favourite part of being a dental prosthetist is helping patients regain their smile and confidence, especially those who haven’t been able to smile comfortably for many years.
