Dr. Jack Cheung is a skilled and friendly general dentist with a special interest in preventative dentistry, restorative dentistry, and oral surgery. Raised in Brisbane, he began his healthcare career as a therapeutic-endorsed optometrist, earning a Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of Optometry from QUT. However, his passion for healthcare led him to Griffith University, where he completed a Bachelor of Dental Health Science and Master of Dentistry with distinction.
Dr. Cheung chose to practice at Pacific Smiles Dental Mount Ommaney because of its strong sense of community. He values the opportunity to build long-term relationships with residents and become a trusted healthcare provider. Working in a close-knit team, he enjoys the personal connections that come with helping local families maintain their oral health.
As a naturally curious and detail-oriented professional, Dr. Cheung loves asking “why” to better understand dentistry and find innovative solutions for his patients. He thrives on the precision and creativity involved in restoring smiles and is passionate about staying up to date with the latest advancements in dental care.
Outside of work, Dr. Cheung enjoys going to the gym, watching sci-fi movies, and keeping up with new technology.
