Dr Tieh graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with First Class Honours from the University of Otago in 2021, which is one of the most prestigious dental schools in the Asia-Pacific region.
During her final year, she was awarded the prestigious RACDS Academic Prize, presented to one outstanding student who demonstrates exceptional clinical excellence and leadership. It is a distinction that speaks volumes about her dedication to the profession from the very beginning.
Since graduating, Dr Tieh has built up an impressively varied clinical background. Her experience spans private practice dentistry in both New Zealand and Australia, hospital dentistry within a maxillofacial surgery unit, and roles in university research and teaching. This breadth of experience and a well-rounded perspective that she brings to every patient interaction.
Dr Tieh has a special interest in periodontics, the health of the gums and supporting structures of the teeth with an understanding that a strong foundation is essential to a lasting, beautiful smile.
