Dr Alps Thakkar completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2004, and since then has continued to develop her skills and knowledge in all aspects of general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.  

In addition to her Bachelor of Dental Surgery, she holds a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) from The University of Sydney. She also holds a certificate of graduation from the International Academy of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthodontics. 

She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (Australia), a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy (UK), a Fellow of the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics (USA) and a member of the Australian Dental Association. 

Other than English, Dr Alps speaks Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi allowing convenience for her patients. In her leisure time, Dr Alps enjoys rowing, cycling and travelling.
