This offer is available exclusively to existing patients who have received the Refer a Friend email from Pacific Smiles Dental Cheltenham.

Eligibility

• • Existing patients may refer friends or family members who have never attended any Pacific Smiles Dental or nib Dental centre before.

  • A “new patient” is someone attending their first-ever appointment with the Pacific Smiles group, which includes Pacific Smiles Dental and nib Dental.

How the Offer Works

• Share the Refer a Friend email with a friend or family member.

• The new patient books and attends their first appointment at Pacific Smiles Dental Cheltenham.

• At check-in, the new patient must mention the full name of the person who referred them.

• After the appointment is completed, both the referring patient and the new patient will receive a $25 voucher.

Voucher Details

• Vouchers will be emailed to you within 28 days of your friend attending their appointment.

• Each voucher will be a Prezzee voucher and can be used toward eligible dental services at Pacific Smiles Dental Cheltenham only.

• Vouchers are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions, unless stated otherwise.

• One voucher per successful referral. Multiple referrals are allowed, provided each new patient meets eligibility criteria.
