Dr. Karen Mandujano has dreamed of becoming a dentist from a very young age, driven by a genuine passion for preventative and holistic healthcare. At Pacific Smiles Dental Brookvale, she enjoys the variety that general dentistry offers and values the opportunity to meet new people and build long-term, trusting relationships with her patients.

Special Interests and Advanced Skills
Dr. Karen has a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatments) and has advanced skills in cosmetic dentistry and natural smile reconstructions. Her approach focuses on achieving functional, natural-looking results while supporting overall oral health. In 2024, she further expanded her scope of care by completing advanced training with ADA Victoria, allowing her to provide therapeutic Botox (Botulinum Toxin Type A) and dermal fillers.

Dr. Karen completed a Master’s in Dental Research at the National University of San Marcos in Peru, where she lived and trained before relocating to Sydney. Having lived in Australia for over 13 years, she has successfully met all requirements set by the Australian Dental Association and continues to pursue ongoing professional development to deliver the highest standard of care.
Life Beyond Dentistry
Outside the clinic, Dr. Karen enjoys yoga, hiking, ocean swims, and spending time caring for her beloved four-legged companions with friends. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, and is currently learning Japanese, allowing her to connect with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
